Who we are

VeriiDan Technologies is the company behind RumiiGo. Contact: contact@veriidan.com.

Information we collect

Waitlist: email address you submit on the website.
Early List: payment and contact details processed by Stripe (such as email and payment status). We do not store full card numbers on our website.
Contact: information you send to our email addresses.
Technical data: standard server or analytics data (for example pages visited), if analytics tools are enabled.

How we use information

To send project and Kickstarter-related updates you requested
To confirm Early List membership and related communication
To respond to questions and security reports
To improve the website and understand general traffic

Payments

Early List payments are handled by Stripe. Their processing is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and related customer details needed to administer the Early List.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted providers (for example email delivery, hosting, or payment processing) only to operate these services.

Data retention

We keep waitlist and Early List details while the RumiiGo launch project is active, or until you ask to be removed, unless we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask to leave the waitlist, by emailing contact@veriidan.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No website transmission method is 100% secure. Report suspected misuse to security@veriidan.com.
